Shipments and Returns

Premise

All our seeds are stored at a controlled temperature and humidity since their arrival in our warehouse to keep all their properties unchanged over time. However, the germination of these collectible products remains illegal in many states including Italy (see legal information) and akacia.supply is not responsible in any way for their possible improper use.

Returns

Akacia provides a refund or replacement, upon return of the product, only if it does not correspond by mistake to what was recorded in the order. Any error must be reported to Akacia within a maximum of seven days of delivery, via one of the contacts in the section of the site. once the error has been ascertained, we will provide instructions for returning the product and any replacement or refund.

Shipping

Shipments (except for any complications, which will be promptly reported) will be made within a maximum of 1-2 working days from order confirmation via Poste Italiane or express courier.
The shipment track will be sent as soon as delivery is made to the post office. Akacia is not responsible for any delays or problems with deliveries once the packages have been entrusted to the post office and accepted regularly. for any need regarding customer assistance, rescheduling of deliveries or otherwise, you can directly contact the customer service of Poste Italiane or of the carrier to which the package was entrusted (which will be specified in the tracking notification). In the event of missed deliveries or serious problems with the transport service, we are still available to help our customers as much as possible, so you can contact us and we will discuss the issue, evaluating the best solution that can be adopted on a case-by-case basis.

For all purchases over €100, shipping to Italy is free.
The cost for national shipments can vary from approximately €6 to €10 depending on the size of the package and the type of shipment. The exact amount will be specified and added to the total at the time of purchase.

All shipments are made anonymously without highlighting the sender or contents.

In each package there are free seeds (in varying numbers based on the purchase), stickers and gadgets.

All our products are adequately packaged and shipped in rigid envelopes to reduce transport stress. However, we are not responsible for obvious damage or tampering with packages by carriers.

Approximate delivery times are around 2 working days in almost all Italian provinces but may not be perfectly respected. Check the track provided for detailed information.

EU shipping

For all purchases over €200, shipping is free to all EU countries.
For shipments to all EU countries we use express courier with fast shipping. The cost may vary depending on the country and size of the package and will be specified and added to the total during the purchase phase.

Approximate delivery times are around 3-5 working days in almost all EU countries but may not be perfectly respected. Check the track provided for detailed information.

Any customs costs will be borne by the recipient.
