Privacy Marketing and Newsletter
Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation 679/2016 EU and the legislation in force in Italy regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you of the following:
a1) Data controller

a2) Data Protection Officer (RPD / DPO)
There is no obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer, who, therefore, has not been designated.
b) Purpose of the processing
Your personal data, explicitly collected or spontaneously provided by the interested party, will be processed exclusively for sending periodic newsletters or communications of a commercial and promotional nature (marketing).
d) Legal basis of the processing
Your data will be processed:
- subject to the explicit consent of the interested party (art. 6, par. 1, letter a) GDPR), freely expressed during registration for the newsletter service or spontaneously provided for marketing purposes;
- on the basis of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller (art. 6, par. 1, letter f) GDPR), to the extent that the interested party is already a customer of the Data Controller or has already purchased goods or services provided by the Data Controller himself.
e) Legitimate interest of the Data Controller
The processing of your data may also take place for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller, as specified pursuant to the previous point d).
e) Recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be communicated to the following categories of recipients:
- to all those subjects (including Public Authorities) who have access to personal data pursuant to regulatory or administrative provisions;
- to the Data Controller's employees, duly authorized to process the data;
- to any external managers, where involved in the execution phase of the newsletter/marketing service.
f) Transfer of data to third countries
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries. Where access to your data is permitted by the aforementioned countries, the most stringent logistical and IT security measures will be adopted to prevent and prevent the risk of access to the same by unauthorized parties or for purposes other than those of referred to in point b) above.
g) Duration of data retention
The data provided by you will be processed and stored for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes identified above and, in any case, until the interested party revokes consent.
h) Rights of the interested party
As interested parties, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data and their rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing or to oppose their processing. You also have the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, you can send a specific request to the Owner using the contact details above.
i) Right to withdraw consent
We inform you from now on that you have the right to revoke the consent given at any time, without however prejudice the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
l) Right to complain
Against the processing or methods of processing of your data you can lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, based in Rome, or before the competent judicial authorities.
m) Optional nature of the data
The provision of data is optional. However, failure to provide them determines the impossibility of using the newsletter service and/or sending promotional and advertising communications.
n) Automated decision-making processes
The Data Controller does not carry out any data processing based on automated decision-making processes.
